As a top-producing agent since 2006 and a Bay Area resident for over 30 years, I have local market expertise and a rich knowledge of various Peninsula neighborhoods, schools and unique community features. 
 
To provide an unparalleled client experience, I have designed highly-effective systems for the buying and the selling process. I achieve real results via custom marketing strategies, sharp negotiation skills and precise management of the whole transaction. 
 
My experience with remodeling homes helps me prepare your home for sale or advise on post-close home improvements to maximize your property value. 
I hold a Certification in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School and am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
